Volunteers have assembled a Menu Folder, an Accommodation Folder(in three price categories), and the initial version of a Wedding Folder which will be of interest to residents or visitors who are considering or planning weddings and other functions. These books are on the desk when volunteers are on duty.

| As at late 2009:
The Rodney Surgical Centre (2 operating theatres) has opened in Warkworth but there has been no change to Accident and Emergency Medical services. (Rodney Surgical Centre may possibly do this some time in the future but it is not in their plans.)
Rodney is Waitemata Health Board territory. North Shore is their only hospital providing 24 hour A&E services. Waitakere Hospital was to be open 8am - 10pm from Jan 2010.
The Shorecare A&E clinic at Red Beach is open 8am - 8pm daily (previously & per phone book 10pm). Northcross clinic has similar hours.
In an emergency dial 111 for Warkworth ambulance. First response for traffic accidents is likely to be Matakana Fire Service.
